We were tasked with transforming the Trident Grill and, what was once a pool deck with a retractable glazed roof, into a welcoming day-to-night dining venue.
This involved technical changes to the vessels structure and services, (such as HVAC, catering etc.) so demanded close liaison with the shipboard crew and class to ensure compliance and approval was achieved.
Our successful space planning allowed for a new ‘open seating’ concept to allow guests to dine at their leisure, affording more choices and flexibility for dining and entertainment.
